Weekly Pay with Free Direct Deposit

While you work as a traveling healthcare professional, you can have your paycheck electronically deposited directly into your bank account every Friday, so you won't ever again have to worry about late deposits or "misplaced" checks.

Referral Bonuses

We understand that you only want to work with the best and for that reason we offer a great referral bonus. You're paid as soon as your "referred" traveler completes 4 weeks of an assignment.

Continuing Education

We believe in investing in your future. RSI offers a reimbursement annually after 90 days of employment that can be used for CEU’s or Registries.

Paid Vacation

After completing your first year of consecutive employment, RSI Medical Staffing offers 40 hours of vacation pay.

Paid Holidays

After your first day with RSI Medical Staffing, all you have to do is work the contracted number of hours during that holiday week and you receive 8 hours of extra regular pay!
